Katzelkraft - Thanks with Birds

Hi Everyone,

I am back with my weekly Katzelkraft post.

This week I am playing with an old set Les Piafs - I am sure you are familiar with it.

I sprinkled a bit of Infusion pigments (The Sage) onto my watercolor paper card base and then sprayed Lavinia Mysticals (Chestnut Bay). Let it dry. On the obliqued Foto you can see the wonderful shimmer a little bit. I used a stencil (Funky Fossil Mandala Magic) to add some pattern to the left side of my card. Did some more sponging along the corners.

I stamped the birds onto colored paper (used Brusho Gamboge for the coloring) and added some more color with water brush pens. Cut them out. Stamped the sentiment (I only used the thanks, cut off the rest). Stamped the birds onto my card with a stamp positioner and added the bird cut outs.

The stamps I used are from the following set:

Les Piafs - KTZ151, Enjoy - English Quotes KTZ291 (FRANCE)

Birds - KTZ291, Enjoy Quotes - KTZ291 (USA)

Easter Egg and Bunny

Hi Everyone, I made a bunch of Easter cards, after all its little more than one month and I need to send them out in time... You see, they are all similar - using both the die cut and the negative, that I cut from a die cut egg. The cute bunnies got their yearly appearance - they are from Impression Obsession. the egg is by Lifestyle Crafts. The sentiment is by Papertrey. Suzanne's Surprise Blog Hop

Hi Everyone, I have a very special card for you today - a birthday card for Suzanne, the owner and talented force behind So Suzy Stamps! Dynamic Duos combined with CAS Colours and Sketches

I am getting the hang of combining challenges....not sure if that's good or bad... In the past I would just put all my "creative energy" into one challenge and then just link up with others, if the card just happened to fit...but now I do that on purpose.
