Funky Fossil - Geo Bug

Hi Everyone,

I am playing with the new release stamps from Funky Fossil Designs

I totally love this Geo bug stamp set - it is just so unique. And I guess I am also in love iwth insects - they seem to be hip right now!

I inked up one of the bugs with Versamark and heat embossed it in white. I used Brusho for the background and colored the bug with water brush pens.
Stamped the sentiment. Trimmed the card and added patterned paper on the bottom.

 I hope you liked this.
Happy Stamping!

If anyone can make a bug look beautiful, you can, Cornelia ... and you did! Goodness, the vibrant glow on this graphic, stylised beetle is fantastic ... delicious with the cool stripes! Hugs, Anita :)

Unique is the word for you...not everyone appreciates the delicate bodies of bugs or can make them look as gorgeous as this one. Beautiful!

I wouldn't want to meet him in person, but he does look wonderful on your card, with the almost jewel-like tones of the blue. Love it! Thanks for joining us at Inkspirational!

Easter Egg and Bunny

Hi Everyone, I made a bunch of Easter cards, after all its little more than one month and I need to send them out in time... You see, they are all similar - using both the die cut and the negative, that I cut from a die cut egg. The cute bunnies got their yearly appearance - they are from Impression Obsession. the egg is by Lifestyle Crafts. The sentiment is by Papertrey. And we are celebrating this wonderful occasion with a special blog hop! You may have arrived from the wonderful Giada , our Italian contingent :) HAPPY BIRTHDAY Suzanne! Added lots of splatters and the heat embossed sentiment Your next stop on the hop is the talented Henriette - you are going to love her card! And just in case you get lost - below are all the participants listed. You even can get lucky and win a $20 gift certificate for So Suzy Stamps - sponsored by Justine and a  Bunkie Bag from Simply Charming Everyday, but you have to le...

Dynamic Duos combined with CAS Colours and Sketches

I am getting the hang of combining challenges....not sure if that's good or bad... In the past I would just put all my "creative energy" into one challenge and then just link up with others, if the card just happened to fit...but now I do that on purpose. Well, I'll see how it goes....                           Anyhow here is the card that came out of this: I did not want to add a sentiment - I 'll add it later, when I know who will get it. And here is a close -up: Challenges: Dynamic Duos CAS Colours and Sketches Addicted to Stamps and More Amusing Challenges Materials: Papertrey Background Basics: Super Stripes, Memory Box Chloe Stem die. --X-- Card for Maddy: You may know already about  Maddy ,  who  was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia and went through chemotherapy treatment followed by a stem cell transplant from her (then) fiftee...
