Katzelkraft - Wonderful Koi

Hi Everyone,

as you all know, Wednesday is Katzelkraft day on my blog.
Now Katzelkraft is famous for their fun and funky critters, but hey also have some more conventinal stamps in their store, which are quite beautiful. Like those Kois.

I stamped them and colored them. Afterwards I used a Versamark pen and heat embossed them. Took some Brusho powders and sprinkled them on my card base and spritzed with water. Voila - a background! The sentiment is from the set English QuotesKTZ139.

Hope you liked this - I'll be back next Wednesday with more Katzelkraft inspiration!

If you feel the urge to buy any Katzelkraft products, you can also order them in the US from those companies: Topflight StampsLost Coast Designs, or Frantic Stamper

Use code FUNSTAMPING to get 12% discount at Topflight Stamps.

Happy Stamping!

The sense of movement you created with the watery background is brilliant, Cornelia ... these amazing koi really do look as though they're swimming! Hugs, Anita :)

The Brushos made a great pond for the lovely Koi to swim in, Cornelia.

LOVE the movement and shape of these koi. Always attracted to there constant stirring and beauty. Think you've captured that in this card...the embossing was a terrific idea.

This is a gorgeous card and so well colored. I can visualize this vividly as your fish seem to glide on the card effortlessly.
