Freedom is Never Free

Hi Everyone,

the new release is out and I just love it. Stampotique has a new designer - Tini Lubberink and she makes those delightfully quirky figures.
This one is called Rider, which just begs to be used with the Cactus Row.


I stamped, masked and water colored. The sentiment you can find HERE. I find it very appropriate for the times we live in.

What a delightful scene you've created Cornelia with this quirky "rider" image. There's definitely a story to this card. Beautifully coloured and paired with the cactus images. Wow, Cornelia, this is a stunning single layer card! I love the way you've managed to put together this wonderful scene by masking and stamping. Your watercolouring is so beautifully done, with such lovely bright colours and such great shading. Great choice for that sentiment, too. Suzanne's Surprise Blog Hop

Hi Everyone, I have a very special card for you today - a birthday card for Suzanne, the owner and talented force behind So Suzy Stamps! And we are celebrating this wonderful occasion with a special blog hop! You may have arrived from the wonderful Giada , our Italian contingent :) HAPPY BIRTHDAY Suzanne! I used the Blowing Butterflies  (heat embossed in gold)  and the Birthday Wishes  to create my card. I cut myself a gold frame from glitter paper and added a water color wash. I opened the frame on the side to have the butterflies and color spill out. Dynamic Duos combined with CAS Colours and Sketches

I am getting the hang of combining challenges....not sure if that's good or bad... In the past I would just put all my "creative energy" into one challenge and then just link up with others, if the card just happened to fit...but now I do that on purpose.
