Valentine's Day with Katzelkraft

Hi Everyone,

Happy Valentine's Day to you !
And what is better than saying I love you with a Katzelkraft card????

I used the Russian cats, but I modified the grey one a bit. Colored them with Inktense pencils and masked them. Then I sponged the heart and added the sentiment. Used a stitched die (SSS) to trim it and mounted it onto purple card stock.

You can get the cats directly from France HERE
or in the US HERE or HERE

Love you, guys!

You rock these cats Cornelia, love them every time you use them! Cathy x
Ohh!! Cornelia, this is one of my favorite sets from Katzelkraft, those cats are gorgeously funny.
Your card is just so sweet, the expression on this felines's faces speak louder than words.
Beautifully colored heart as a backdrop for these sweethearts.
Hugs.

diese beiden Katzen sind herrlich - sagte ich das nicht schon einmal??? - die rote scheint nicht so angetan zu sein von der Nähe der schwarz/weißen Katze. Aber ich bin es von deiner Karte!!!
Liebe Grüße
Such a cute card and love the faces on them. One is smiling and the other is frowning. LOL

Love you, too. But I'm not sure the ginger cat is too crazy about the grey. maybe they had a disagreement. There seems to be a lot of that going around lately. Still love this card. Your so clever with masking and color. Happy Valentine's Day.

Too fun, Cornelia! I really love your coloring! I am giggling here, wondering who is the male and who is the female. If it is early in the courtship, seems like the female is on the left, all googly-eyed for Mr. Stand Offish. If it's an old married couple, it's the poor hubby on the left trying to get the grumpy Mrs. to stop worrying about the kids and the housework and love it up a little! Tee-Hee! Thanks for starting my morning off with a huge smile!! Happy Valentine's Day to you!! Hugs, Darnell
what a cute pair, someone's not a happy Kitty. Perhaps the chocolates will make things better :)

Oh my goodness, Cornelia, what a perfect card! Mr. Orange Grump isn't paying any attention to the sweet suggestions of that lovely grey and black beauty is he? I have to say that I like the small changes you've made to the original stamp. That expression works so much more effectively for this card. Great colouring and shading. Great choice of colours. I really like the way you've set the two layers a kilter. Thanks so much for joining our Watercooler Wednesday Challenge this week.

Wow talk about Mr. Grumpy! The expression on the ginger cat is not a happy one. Reminds me of my hubby when I get mushy with him...........uncomfortable! Such cute images and great colouring. Love this funny Valentine Cornelia and thanks so much for sharing it at the Watercooler Wednesday "Any Occasion"challenge this week.
LOL! This is both adorable and funny. And yes, the grey cat is totally up for it...can't stop smiling, great card. Thanks for joining us at CFC. (I added your link)

Easter Egg and Bunny

Hi Everyone, I made a bunch of Easter cards, after all its little more than one month and I need to send them out in time... You see, they are all similar - using both the die cut and the negative, that I cut from a die cut egg. The cute bunnies got their yearly appearance - they are from Impression Obsession. the egg is by Lifestyle Crafts. The sentiment is by Papertrey. And here are bigger photos from this set: Linking up with Creative with Stamps - Easter The Paper Players - die cutting Die Cut Divas - animals Happy Little Stampers - anything goes with dies

Dynamic Duos combined with CAS Colours and Sketches

I am getting the hang of combining challenges....not sure if that's good or bad... In the past I would just put all my "creative energy" into one challenge and then just link up with others, if the card just happened to fit...but now I do that on purpose. Well, I'll see how it goes....                           Anyhow here is the card that came out of this: I did not want to add a sentiment - I 'll add it later, when I know who will get it. And here is a close -up: Challenges: Dynamic Duos CAS Colours and Sketches Addicted to Stamps and More Amusing Challenges Materials: Papertrey Background Basics: Super Stripes, Memory Box Chloe Stem die. --X-- Card for Maddy: You may know already about  Maddy ,  who  was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia and went through chemotherapy treatment followed by a stem cell transplant from her (then) fifteen year old sister Melanie.  She now has a relapse and this car

Mirror Image Stamping with So Suzy and the MISTI

Hi Everyone, I am so happy to be part of this wonderful event - the collaboration between So Suzy and the MISTI from My Sweet Petunia doing mirror image stamping.  This event is going on for the ENTIRE  MONTH! We are demonstrating the  Mirror Image Stamp    which coordinates with the Misti Stamping Tool! All month long, different bloggers will post a card using the  Mirror Image Stamp .  In my tutorial today, I will show you how use the  Mirror Image Stamp  on your cards. You can basically double your stamp supplies that way! The  mirror image stamp  is  a 4.25" x 5.5" piece of red rubber with no foam backing. So much larger than the other mirror image stamps out there and therefore much more useful! Mirror Image stamp ,  Two Cats in a Tree If you want a video tutorial on how to do this I can highly recommend you watch THIS VIDEO on youtube. Explains it all in very little time! Or you can see the same thing on my photo tutorial. With mirror
