Hi Everyone, I have the great honor to be Guest designing for the Christmas Craft Creations challeng e in the month of August. The theme is Winter activities. How much fun is that? And since Wednesday is my Katzelkraft day I  used Katzelkraft stamps for this post. I decided just put those Santas to work here going on a downhill race! I first stamped the Santas and then created the background. Water colored everything. Added the sentiment. This is a one layer card.  I hope you will find time to paly along and join in the fun!    Hi Everyone, today I am playing along with the  Dream Factory Challenge  - see  theme below. I went with the set  Prehistoric  from  Funky Fossil Designs , which is just perfect for this challenge! I stamped the ammonite in blue and orange distress oxide inks onto Kraft paper and did some additional coloring with markers and white acrylic paint. Stamped the sentiment. Hi Everybody!   Crackerbox Stamps  had a new Harry Potter themed release, which is fabulous, as you probably know!   Some of the products I have used have been provided to me from various companies I design for. Affiliate links may be used in the links provided below. I decorated this envelope with the owls - one is old and one is new. Colored them with Copics and white marker. I also stamped the paper scroll onto some scrap paper, cut it out and added it to the envelope. Added the "Owl post" where the senders address will go and added star clusters with Versamark to keep them subtle. Added a somewhat matching stamp.     Hi Everyone, today I am playing with some older products from  Funky Fossil Designs ! I got inspired by the Artful August challenge over on Instagram from Rachel Greig. The cue word I have chosen is "Soft". It's #4 on the list, but you can participate in any order you like and it doesn't have to be on that day. That certainly works for me! I immediately thought of the fluffy monster from the set Motley Crew . It is big, fluffy and therefore soft! I used the In the Clouds stencil for my background and some acrylic paint that I sponged on. I colored the monster with Copics and cut him out. Hi Everyone, I am back with my weekly Katzelkraft post. I am sure you have by now seen the new butterfly stamp set from Katzelkraft. They are gorgeous! I just had made a card with a different butterfly. You can see it  HERE . I used shimmer paper for this card. I repeatedly stamped the dragonfly with my Misti - started out with the center one. I stamped the dragonfly onto acetate heat embossed it in black and and colored it with Copics and cut out the wings only.  Glued the wings onto the center dragonfly and colored the body of it. Stamped the sentiment, heat embossed it in white and added it with foam tape. You can see the shimmer and the dimension the additional wings add better here.        Hi Everyone, This week it's anything goes on the  Topflight blog .  I have not made a birthday card in ages and I always need those. Time to create some more! I just love that little set from Craft Emotions, called Party 2. I combined with with a fun number stencil - always good for birthdays! I used sprays to create the background and did some light sponging over the stencil as well. Used whatever color was left in my brushes to lightly color the background. I stamped the animals and cut them with my Scan 'N Cut. Colored them with Copics. Assembled my card and added the heat embossed sentiment. I hope you liked this.   Hi Everyone, today I am playing along with the  AAA Challenge  - along the edge and In the sea. I went with the set  Whale of a Time from  Funky Fossil Designs , which is just perfect for this challenge! I masked a strip of the card base and sponged it with distress inks. Added the stenciled fish ( Shoal of Fish ). Stamped the Narwhal onto a piece of scrap paper and colored him with Copics. Cut him out. Added Crystal Lacquer to the horn.
