Hi Everyone,  The new October release is now available in the  Funky Fossil Designs shop !  I made this card with the new set  " ​ ​ Pug Life ". It's just such a fun set! The background paper is from the new Monochromatic paper pad.   Hi Everyone, It's  Topflight Stamps   day!  This week we are featuring stencils. And since it's fall I  figured a fall card is in order.  I created the background with a Polkadoodle stencil. I love those blender brushes - they work like a charm. Heat embossed the sentiment on black card stock. Added some string and propped up the sentiment with foam tape.   Hi Everybody,  Some of the products I have used have been provided to me from various companies I design for. Affiliate links may be used in the links provided below. I made this with one of the new October card kits from  Crackerbox & Suzy Stamps . This  was really easy to make. The kit comes with a dark brown card base, the scalloped green panel and rectangular orange panel, which I did not use. Instead I stamped the  Goofy Turkey  onto a piece of card stock and colored it with Copics. I stamped the sentiment ( Stuff It ) onto some matching blue paper and heat embossed it. I stamped the main sentiment ( Eat, Drink, Thankful ) onto the green panel and mounted it on the inside of the card. Here are the two card kits -  kit 15  and  kit 16 . Hi Everyone, I am back with my weekly Katzelkraft post. I wanted to play along with the Day of the Month Card Club challenge - their current theme is "Party". And that called for Katzelkraft's Farm Animals - they do love a good party.....although if I look at them I think only that frog is having the time of his live. The other ones are eagerly awaiting the cow. But lucky for them, she is just making her appearance! I did a tiny bit of masking and colored with Inktense pencils. The sentiment is from Joy Clair.     Hi Everyone, The new October release coming into the shop on Friday at  Funky Fossil Designs !  Today is the third day of the stamp reveal. This new set is called  " Rainy Day Critters ", designed by Donna Gray. She has by now designed quite a few stamp sets for Funky Fossil and they are all adorable! That frog just makes me smile! And clearly he is having a great time in the rain, as does the little snail. I colored him with Copics. the wonderful matching background paper is part of the new release as well.  Friday will be the release day. There will be five new large sets, a black & white paper pad, Washi tape and amazing new dies! A lot to look forward to!   Hi Everyone, The new October release coming into the shop on Friday at  Funky Fossil Designs !  Today is the first day of the stamp reveal. My first card from this upcoming release is made with the set  Wired for Sound. I just stamped the same stamp twice, without inking it up in between. Added some of the wonderfully funky Washi tape and some enamel dots. In the inside I added a little  Record Player gift card. This is one amazing little die set. Quite easy to use and not at all fiddly ( as I was afraid it would be....). Unfortunately I forgot to take a picture of the outside of this gift card holder, before I sent it on its merry way to England for Sarah to use in a promotion. In this new release there will also be a headphone die. You'll see it on Friday.  Friday will be the release day. There will be five new large sets, a black & white paper pad amazing new dies!
