Lavinia at Topflight Stamps

Hi Everyone, It's  Topflight Stamps   day!  This week we are featuring Lavinia stamps.  I am a hugs fan of this company and I have been over the years slowly increasing my stash. So happy to have an occasion to use them! I used an old background from my stash. Stamped everything on it and colored with water brush pens. Used a white POSCA pen for the accents. I don't have any Lavinia sentiments, so I figured this is good enough as is. If I feel like it I can always add one later.... It's as so often a one layer card. I hope you liked this. Thanks for visiting.  See you next week with more  Topflight Stamps  inspiration. And here are the stamp supplies I used:   Spotty Toadstools , Slender Mushrooms Mini Meadow Mushroom , Jimini The Wallace Family ,   Versafine ink pad Linking up with:

Katzelkraft - Something Spooky is Brewing

Hi Everyone, I am back with my weekly Katzelkraft post. And since it's almost the middle of August we can start thinking about Halloween, LOL! What inspired this card was the sentiment (Memory Box) that I found in a local craft store on sale and I immediately thought of the bottle set. I filled the bottles with one of the insects and a frog.  I added another insect on top of one of the bottles. I colored everything with water brush pens. The sentiment is heat embossed. The ants are by Cats on Appletrees. The stamps I used are from the following sets: Les Grenouilles  - KTZ235,  Les Nounounes  - KTZ 234,  Katzelkraft Bottles  - KTZ261  ( FRANCE) Katzelkraft Bottles 2  - KTZ261,  Katzelkraft Frogs  - KTZ222,  Bugs and Insects   - KTZ 234    (USA) Hope you liked this - I'll be back next Wednesday with more Katzelkraft inspiration.  Thanks for visiting! Funky Fossil Designs - Garden Days

Hi Everyone, I am playing with my  Funky Fossil Designs  stamps.  I used this set called  " Garden Days "  for this summery card. I basically created my own "designer paper" and added some colorful dots to brighten the scene. I trimmed the card and added Washi tape at the bottom. The sentiment is heat embossed and from the same set. Hope you liked this. Thanks for visiting! Happy Stamping! Linking up with:

GDT for Day of the Month Card Club

Hi Everyone, I again have the honor to be guest designer this month for the  Day of the Month Card Club Challenge !  The theme for August is:   Book Lovers Day Now who doesn't appreciate books?! I totally love to read and I devour just about anything I can get my hands on - fiction, non-fiction, autobiographies, etc. I do  have some standards. I don't really read trashy novels. For that I consider my time to valuable. But I always have huge stacks of books on my nightstand that I am planning to read.  But  regardless of my reading habits, I used the Katzelkraft Meerkats for this card and combined it with this lovely stack of books from  Stamperia . Colored with water colors and Inktense. Added the thought bubble. Just wish I had better hand writing.... I hope I enticed you to  play along and link up here! Happy book lovers day! Crackerbox & Suzy Stamps - Card Kit 11

Hi Everybody,  Some of the products I have used have been provided to me from various companies I design for. Affiliate links may be used in the links provided below. The new card kits have arrived at  Crackerbox & Suzy Stamps ! Here are the two card kits -  kit 11  and  kit 12 . I used kit #11. I stamped the giraffe on a piece of water color scrap paper and colored it with water bush pens and markers. I selected matching patterned papers and cut them to size. I heat embossed the sentiment in white.  I also added some die cuts from Funky Fossil Designs ( Ferns  and Leafy Circle die ) for more interest. below you can see the entire card stretched out. You'll have plenty of room to write something in it, especially since the backside is all white. I must say I really enjoy using the kits. I would otherwise never bother with those kind of special folds. But they make it really easy! I hope you liked this. Thanks for visiting! Happy Stamp...
