Amazeballs

Hi Everyone, just dropping in with a quick card that I made for the CASual Fridays challenge - off the edge. Time to pull out my old Amazeballs set. It had collected some dust ;) I took those bubbles and stamped them with Versamark onto water color card stock - off the edge. First I thought I would use Brushos, but then I changed my mind and did some sponging with distress inks. Added some water droplets to loosen it up a bit. Added the sentiment - its from the same set. Of course I could not resist to add a thin strip of PP on the side. Stamp Connection #23

Hi Everyone, Connected through our love for card making, blogging and being from Germany we (Tanja from   Little Art Cottage   and I) decided to create a monthly project within predefined requirements. We are going to show you the result every 3rd Sunday of the month and this is our ninth transatlantic get-together! And again, we have a guest with us - its Rosi  Gouinaud from Lets Take Time and stamp with Daeny's . I met Rosi through blog land a long time ago and fell in love with her unique cards and her kind and wonderful persona! This time it was my turn to pick the requirements: acetate, but no shaker The inspiration for this card I found with Hannelie from Desert Diva - she makes the most brilliant cards and her blog is an endless source of inspiration! I CASEd THIS card of hers. For my card I used We R Memory Keepers egg dies, my favorite bunnies from Impression Obsession and the grass die from Clearly Besotted. The sentiment is from...

Guest Designing at Challenge Up Your Life

Hi Everyone, I am so honored to be guest designing at Challenge up your Life . I won one of their previous challenge with THIS card and that is my reward :) I am so happy!  The theme is just to my liking - its CHEVRON - love it! My old TAWS stamps (the company unfortunately does not exist anymore now for more than a year) did not get much love lately, so I jumped on the opportunity to ink up this fabulous chevron stamp I have from them. The birds are also by TAWS. the sentiment is by Paper Smooches. I used Color Bursts for coloring. Added white Sharpie accents and tiny Nuvo drops  in red. Perhaps you also have some chevron stamps that need some love - ink them up and play along! Happy Stamping! So Suzy - Fancy Butterfly

Hi Everyone, I finally own this wonderful lacy butterfly from So Suzy - it was on my wishlist from the very beginning, but patience pays off... Of course I HAD to use it! My stamps supplies: iStencil ,  Fancy Butterfly , Love and Happiness And that is how I started: Heat embossed the butterfly with WOW embossing powder onto acetate and colored the back with alcohol inks. Fussy cut it and added the sentiment to the bottom of my card. Selected the stencil - its on of those beautiful iStencils , some of which you can also get at So Suzy's . Sponged distress inks onto the stencil using the same colors as for the butterfly. Propped up the butterfly with thick foam tape Added Nuvo drops  - this is the clear one, called Morning Dew. I just love how this turned out! Having the light shine through those lacy wings and reflect onto the card stock is magical! I hope you like it as much as I do! ...
