I first stamped Helen with her coffee. Colored her with Copics. Masked her and sponged around her with distress oxide inks. Stamped the sentiment. Trimmed the card and added a strip of patterned paper on the side.

Dandelion and Christmas Trees

Hi  Everyone, I am getting tired of making Christmas cards.... I needed a break from them. I love the inspiration picture for the current Sunday stamps challenge , so I pulled out my ancient Hero Arts stamp to make this card.  The sentiment is by Unity stamps. Did some masking and sponging. I also performed a little surgery on my stamp, as those falling dandelion seeds are attached to the main stamp. Just a little cut with my Exacto knife and I set them free! I am also linking up with: Mod Squad Challenge  - Anything but Christmas (exactly how I feel....)
