Crackerbox Stamps - Best Dad Ever!

Hi Everybody!  Cornelia  here today.  Some of the products I have used have been provided to me from various companies I design for. Affiliate links may be used in the links provided below.  Since next month is Father's Day I decided to make a card for this occasion. I first made the background with two different stencils (Funky Fossil Designs - Sunray , Distressed Diamonds ). I stamped the  Super Guy  on a piece of scrap paper and colored him with Copics. Fuzzy cut him. Used a star shaped die to cut out the piece for the sentiment and stamped the sentiment on it. Assembled everything .I popped up Super guy with foam tape and lastly I added some gems. The stamps I used: Super Guy Best Dad I hope you liked this. Thanks for visiting! Happy Stamping!

Craft Emotions at Topflight Stamps

Hi Everyone, This week we are featuring  Craft Emotions on the  Topflight blog .  They make a variety of stamps - a lot of really cute ones. I have used them numerous times in the past. I f you want to see my prior projects click HERE . Anyhow, I wasn't in a cute mood, so I decided to go with the  Tea Time  set. I stamped a lot of the stamps from this set onto my white background. Die cut myself some round shapes with fun foam and stamped loosely over my stamped images. You can use any kind of lightly colored inks for that. Lastly I stamped the sentiment on blue vellum and heat embossed it in black. Secured the vellum on the back of the card. Trimmed the card. Outlined the card with a black Sharpie and mounted it onto powder blue card stock. I hope you liked this. Thanks for visiting.  See you next week with more  Topflight Stamps  inspiration. And here are the stamp supplies I used:  Tea Time , Arctic Mist Jersey Cream  ...

Nature with Katzelkraft

Hi Everyone, I am back with my weekly Katzelkraft post. For this weeks card I am playing along over at Facebook with  Isa  and one of her Tagalong inspirations -  #TAGALONGCOLOUR  combined with  #TAGALONGLIVE04 The theme for the color challenge is complementary colors and the theme for the tagalong is crackle. I hope this qualifies...don't own crackle paste and did not want to invest in one - those things have a tendency to dry out in my house..... I smooshed the background with distress oxide inks - used one of those handy dandy tags from Studio Light - see link below. Stamped the flora and fauna and then stamped the critters again onto scrap paper and cut out the wings. Added them. The stamps I used are from the following sets: Nature and Flowers  - KTZ275     ( FRANCE) Nature and Flowers - KTZ275, Tab Tags  , Crackle background   (USA) Hope you liked this - I'll be back next Wednesday with more Katzelkraft inspiration.  Th...

Guest Designing for the 52CCT Challenge

Hi Everybody!   I am honored to be guest designing for the current 52CCT challenge - the theme is nativity. Luckily I had one stamp set to fulfill this requirement! It's an ancient one from Paper Smooches. Confirmed my belief, that you should not get rid of stamp sets, because on day you will need them! I stamped the nativity scene onto scrap paper and colored it with Copics. Used a dies (not sure by whom) to cut the rays around it. Took some patterned paper as underlay and stamped the sentiment. Very simple. Perhaps you have a nativity stamp in your stash and need to ink it up! See you at 52CCT hopefully! I hope you liked this. Thanks for visiting! Happy Stamping! Linking up with:

Crackerbox Stamps - The Sky's the Limit

Hi Everybody!  Some of the products I have used have been provided to me from various companies I design for. Affiliate links may be used in the links provided below.  I pulled out some of my old  Crackerbox Stamps  for this card .  I used the mirror image stamp to create the shadow. I always find it easier to start with the mirror image. I then stamped the  balloon girl  the usual way, but inked up the balloons in light yellow. I colored in the balloons with markers. I stamped the sentiment on some colored paper and swiped the edges in green. Added it to the card. I masked off a strip on the left side and sponged with the same green. Added white gel pen highlights to the balloons. The stamps I used: Girl with Balloons Sky's the Limit Mirror image rubber I hope you liked this. Thanks for visiting! Happy Stamping!
