Hi Everyone, I am playing with the new release day from Funky Fossil Designs. This is such an easy card to make. I made a little puddle of water and colored it with distress inks in green, yellow and pink. You get some gradient, where the colors mix. Splattered a bit.  After it dried I stamped over it. Blooming Birthday It can't get much easier than that! Very simple one layer card, but I love how it came out! Hi Everyone, It's Topflight Stamps day! You didn't think I am going to ignore the Chinese Lunar year, did you? Not if it celebrates the RAT! I am just waiting for excuses to play with my favorite Katzelkraft rat stamps, LOL! Since I needed to fit 4 of them onto my card I went with the A10 format. I also did not want to overcrowd them - they can become a bit territorial, you know... I stamped them and masked them and sprayed the background. Colored them (Inktense). The numbers are die cuts (Papertrey). The rat info I got of the internet and printed it from my Computer. Here is it enlarged - it's otherwise a bit hard to read. Hi Everybody, you may already know about this, but we are doing things a bit differently in 2020 at  Crackerbox & Suzy Stamps .  The details you can read below (and it's a worthwhile read, trust me!) My stamping supplies: Two Cats in a Tree Love you Catherine Pooler Ink I used a round stencil I die cut  myself. Sponged the circle, a bit darker on the outside and stamped the branch with the cats first with using white acrylic paint and then again in black ink at a little off set. That adds nice dimension. Lastly I added a bit of red Nuvo drops to the little heart. We have three new designers on  the  DT and their favorite stamp which will be 50% off for the month of January. Shanna's favorite is the  Castle , Melinda's favorite is the  flowers in a vase  and Nadine is the  Psycho  and saying. Hi Everyone, as you all know, Wednesday is Katzelkraft day on my blog.  I am starting to feel bad that January is almost  over and I have not yet produced a Christmas card....as usual I did not have enough last year.... Grumpy Penguins  KTZ145, Accessories KTZ156 I used the big penguin for this tag and the Santa hat from the  Accessories   set. Did some masking and sponged around the penguin. I colored with water brush pens. The background I dry embossed with an embossing folder. The sentiment is from STAMPlorations. Hi Everyone, it has been a while that I had time for making a card other than DT cards. But the inspiration picture from The Card Concept caught my eye - see it below. I used grey card stock as base and dry embossed it with a Papertrey embossing plate.Kind of hard to see, it is quite subtle. I diecut the deer (Poppy Stamps Whittle die,s) and glued them onto wood paper. Used a thin strip of antiqued mirror paper, as the inspiration pic has some lights in it. The sentiment is from inkystamps. Added two small pearls. The release is going live on Saturday the 25th - so we are almost there and you will see it all.  This card is made with the set "Adventure" - you will see the full set on Saturday.... I sponged the background and stamped on it. Cut it out and added the black foreground on which I stamped with Versamark and heat embossed it.
