Hi Everybody, I have a winter themed card for you today made with Crackerbox & Suzy Stamps . My stamping supplies: Bowl and Cork Snowman Joy I used that bowl/snowglobe before and kept the mask I made for it. That made this really easy. I stamped the globe, fitted the cork in it with a stamp positioner. Stamped the snowman and masked it. Sponged distress ink around - also made a tiny mask for the reflection. Colored with water brush pens and added the sentiment (Cutplorations die). Splattered water, but it didn't show very well, so I added white gel pen "snowflakes".  During the month of December all the stamps in the shop are 30% off.  Copic markers and stencils are 20% off : Happy Stamping and Happy New Year my friends!

Hi Everyone, Merry Christmas  to all of you. And as luck will have it  it's Wednesday  - my Katzelkraft day.  I thought that the cozy raccoon  KTZ 146 would be perfect for Christmas. I used an old background I made a while ago. I stamped and colored with water brush pens and Stabilo markers. I used a Simon Says die to cut the panel. I did not think it needed a sentiment. Hi Everyone, as you all know, Wednesday is Katzelkraft day on my blog.  There are some brand new solo stamps in the store - you may want to check them out! I used that adorable Fox Family . I stamped and colored the foxes with Inktense. I fuzzy cut them. I used a Tim Holtz embossing folder as background and arranged the foxes on my card. The large fox II also stamped on the card base and only added the cut out fox - I had no patience to cut out the tree as well.... Hi Everyone, I have two CAS Christmas cards for you today. Believe it or not, but I ran out of Christmas cards, despite making them all year long. I guess I will continue in January, LOL! So the easiest way to go about this is with CAS cards. My first card I made with that adorable bear carved by Donna Gray and available at Rubbermoon. I adorned him with a Santa hat by Katzelkraft and added generous Stickles to the brim. The sentiment I doctored - its an ancient one by Inkadinkadoo that says "a very merry Christmas". I masked of the "m" and drew in a "b". The "r" was easy to make into an "a".  My second card is in red and white fir some challenge, that I now can't remember which one it was....probably over by now. I used supplies by Funky fossil Designs - the stamp is from the set Joy and the stencil is called Microdots . The die cuts are from Dixi Craft.  Linking up with: Card Concept - see pictur

Hi Everybody, I have something else for you today - a New Years card. I just couldn't stomach making another Christmas card..... My stamping supplies: Celebrating Frog sentiment small and large sprays Dot splatter I first made the background with distress inks. Stamped the frog in light green ink Used Inktense pencils and Stabilo markers to color the frog, practicing no line coloring. It too a while, but I am happy with the results.  I added the sprays with silver embossing and the dot Splatters with gold embossing to have a little firework in the sky. Hi Everyone, I am back with my weekly Funky Fossil card. I used the  geometric stag stencil  again - just such a majestic stencil! I used gold embossing paste on patterned paper. I actually had this lying around for a while, because I really didn't like the way it looked until I had the idea to sponge the paper with dark green ink. Well, that did the trick. Used a sentiment that was also flying around on my craft desk for a few weeks now..... Added FineTec gold mica splatters. Happy Stamping! Hi Everyone, as you all know, Wednesday is Katzelkraft day on my blog.  I am taking my inspiration from just about anything. Recently I saw this amazing Live in HD transmission Philip Glass opera Ahknaten from the Metropolitan Opera. and I figured at least one of the scenes needs to be turned into a card...... I made the background with a stencil I made using a round die. Added the little creature and colored it with Inktense and FineTec Mica.  Les Pabos Aviateur ,  KTZ212 I fuzzy cut the creature, stamped it again onto the background and added the colored version. Added the sentiment (Altenew). I trimmed the card and added it to a card base with a little strip of patterned paper at the bottom. Hi Everybody, and yet another Christmas card. At this point, I am looking forward making non-Christmas cards again.... I recently went on a trip to Holland and visited Delft, which is just an amazingly beautiful old town. Delft pottery and Delft tiles are famous and I wanted to recreated that on a card. This card actually was not easy to create. I tried out how to arrange the stamp on my card on scrap paper. Stamping the Snowflake Present 4 times seemed to be best. I ended up trimming the card base more and more..... Mounted it onto blue card stock, that I liberally splattered on. Even that I ended up trimming and finally mounting it on a regular card base.  But still something was missing...so I added Stickles to all those little snowflakes. Finally I was happy! Fiddled the sentiment in at the bottom. Too bad you can't see very well how nice it sparkles. And for the  last day today: Black Friday to Cyber Monday, Nov. 29th - December 3
