Katzelkraft - Dream with the Liberty Lady

Hi Everyone,

I am back with my weekly Katzelkraft post.

I used a gel print background from my stash and added some stenciling (Tim Holtz - Cityscape die). Stamped the "Liberty Lady" on a piece of scrap paper, colored it with watercolors, elongated the spikes and cut it out. Drew the torch. Added the sentiment. Sponged around the bottom a bit.

The stamps I used are from the following sets:

Les Dodus - KTZ 242, Carpe Diem KTZ206 (FRANCE)

Chunky Animals - KTZ242, Carpe Diem KTZ206 (USA)

House of Cards April Challenge

Hi Everyone, its challenge time at House of Cards ! This month theme is going to be add a butterfly and/or color challenge. I added two butterflies here - from STAMPlorations - Artful Flutters . Colored them with alcohol inks. The background I made with a stencil by iStencil - just put it down straight and sponged it with distress inks. The sentiment is by Papertrey.
