  Hi Everybody, Some of the products I have used have been provided to me from various companies I design for. Affiliate links may be used in the links provided below. Crackerbox & Suzy Stamps  had a  Mini Release  this month.  I like cards you just can send out without a specific occasion. And this is one of them. Sometimes we just want to send a card and not wait for birthday or Christmas to come around. I already used two of the new stamps, you can see them  HERE  and HERE . So this time I reached for the  Smile . I paired it up with  Spot the Dog . I think they both go very well together. That dog always makes me smile when I look at him! I used a wonky frame, going with the wonky circles of the designer paper on the side ( Funky Fossil Designs ). Here are all the new stamps:  Thanks for visiting!     Hi Everyone, Today is the long awaited release from  Funky Fossil Designs !  All six new sets, the new dies, washi tapes and and amazing 6x6 paper pad will be available in the store. I used one page from the new paper pad for this card. I heat embossed the bird and sentiment. Can't get much easier than that! I added some "water drops" to my card. You can see them better on the picture below.     Hi Everyone, Today is the fifth and last day of the stamp reveal from  Funky Fossil Designs !   We are introducing  ​" Magical" and a wonderful die called Leafy Circle, but you have to wait to see that one.... I made a smooshed background with distress oxide inks and stamped those gorgeous feathers. Added the heat embossed sentiment. Super easy! Tomorrow will be the release day.       Hi Everyone, It's  Topflight Stamps   day!  This week we are showcasing Katzelkraft stamps I couldn't help myself and had to pull out the insects again. They are just too much fun to not play with....Also added one of those whimsy mushrooms. I masked off the background and sponged with distress inks. Stamped with a bit of masking and colored the insects with markers and water brush pens. the sentiment is from Darkroom Door. I hope you liked this.        Hi Everyone, I wanted to play along with the Dream Factory challenge , where the theme is "Chocolat" - it was such a great movie - if you didn't see it, you should! You can see the movie poster below. I so happens that Katzelkraft has just the right sentiment for this - its from the set Be Batman. Needed something to accompany it and thought this cheeky meerkat is just right. I also managed to squeeze in the cake from the set Tea Time. The stamps I used are from the following sets: Suricates  - KTZ 216,  Be Batman  -  KTZ204,  Tea Time KTZ200  (FRANCE) Meerkats - KTZ216,  Fun Quotes  -  KTZ204, Tea Time KTZ200  (USA) I colored with Inktense and markers.     Hi Everyone, Today is the fourth day of the stamp reveal from  Funky Fossil Designs !   We are introducing " ​ Feeling Sheepish" designed by the wonderful Donna Gray. Now you may think sheep and yes, those are all sheep on this set, but I turned one of them into a cow - I only hope is Donna (who designed this set will forgive me......) I masked and stamped the moon. I made a water color background. I stamped the sheep/cow on a piece of scrap paper and cut it out.  Added the trees at the bottom, from the set Winter Wonderland .  You will have to wait until Friday to see the entire set.     Hi Everyone, Today is the third day of the stamp reveal from  Funky Fossil Designs !   We are introducing Engine Room,  ​ Patina Paper, Washi and Cogs Dies .  This stamp set is very Steampunk and vintage - both not really my thing. So I tried to put a colorful spin on it. Quite the challenge, but then I like challenges! Those cog dies are cool. I see them  to be quite useful. And I love that Washi tape anyhow.   Hi Everyone, Guess what? There is another new release coming into the shop at  Funky Fossil Designs !  Today is the second day of the stamp reveal. We are introducing " ​ Songbird".  I used a background from my stash and stamped the birds. Brushed some of the feathers with bleach to bring out the birds better. Added additional yellow accents to the feathers, as there wer some yellow splatters on that background. Added the sentiment. The Washi tape on the side is also by Funky Fossil - it was part of the least release. You will have to wait until Friday to see the entire set. Friday will be the release day.   Hi Everyone, Guess what? There is another new release coming into the shop at  Funky Fossil Designs !  Today is the first day of the stamp reveal. We are introducing " Graphic Words" and "Geo Elements".  I love all things geographic. There are always so many options with a set like that. I took some of the elements (there are more) and stamped them in different colors. Added the sentiment from the  Graphic Words set and colored in the bold letters with matching colors. Trimmed the card and added a dark blue strip of paper on the side. It does look black in the picture, but it is not..... You will have to wait until Friday to see the entire set.   Hi Everyone, I made this card with the newly released set " Blooming Wreath " from  Funky Fossil Designs !  I stamped the beautiful wreath and heat embossed it. Sprinkled Brushos on it and spritzed it with water. Jus the right thing for lazy coloring.....I stamped and heat embossed the sentiment from the set  In the Meadow  onto vellum and attached the strip to the card. I hope you liked this. Happy Stamping!       Hi Everyone, It's  Topflight Stamps   day!  This week we don't have a theme, so pulled out those cute little Love birds - my most recent acquisition. They are so cute! I couldn't wait to play with them. I repeatedly stamped them and then just colored tow of them with markers. Added the sticker sentiment (it's on sale right now). Can't be much easier!
