The Ribbon Reel Challenge #59 and KIS #20

I discovered a new challenge  - its called The Ribbon Reel. They have the most gorgeous inspiration picture and everybody made such beautiful cards - go over and check them out!

But somehow I felt like making something different and fun instead of beautiful.... So here is my take on it:

It won't win me any prizes, but it puts a smile on my face and I had a lot of fun making this card! the first version is with a flower - to stick with the requirements...

However, the enamel dots fit the card overall better, I think....

The monsters I drew by hand and colored with distress inks. The chevron is from Hero Arts Zig Zag Thanks (CG444) and the sentiment is Hero Arts Happy Halloween (Cl118).

And since Chevron is the theme at KIS I will be linking this card up there as well.
