A Year in Review

I am an old copy cat.....I saw a lot of people going through their card creations of 2012 and though that is such a neat idea! My blog only exists since October, but I certainly have cards from every month. And here are my favorites from 2012:

January:

February:

March:

April:

June:

August:

September:

October:

December:

As you can see, I could not decide on single cards for each month, so I choose two. Oh well... Lots of pictures, I know. Nonetheless, I hope you enjoyed them. But regardless - I wish you a HAPPY NEW YEAR and lots of crafting fun for 2013!!!!

What a great collection of cards! I popped over from Moxie Fab World to take a peek and I'm so glad I did - I'll be visiting again. And again. Thanks for sharing your talents with us. Happy New Year!

I love end-of-year review blogs, and this is a great collection of cards. I think the August birthday card is my favourite - very clever design. Thanks for your visit, and I'm glad you like my zentangle design. I've just done another one which will be uploaded soon.

Happy New Year to you, too!

An end of the year review is a great idea! I might have to do that next year as well... It was great to look through your favorite creations from 2012. I of course remember your card using my Water Droplets design. The little droplet off to the side is a great touch! I espedcially like the other October card - very creative way to create a window effect, November - atmospheric with the bats and lighting, and for December - the colourful background that you made for the card on the right. Thanks so much for your lovely comment on my blog as well :) All the best for 2013!

Hi! I thought I would pop over and I recognize some of your cards too, like the cardinal one! That black and white with red ribbon card is a jaw dropper! and I always wanted to do one of those magic cards, but after making shaker cards, i kind of got stuck and just kept making those. gonna come back and see how you did that one when I try this technique, promise to link your blog. :)

Katzelkraft - Stampotique Raven

Hi Everyone, Do you know that   Katzelkraft has aquired Stampotique stamps? This fun raven is designed by Daniel Torrente (#6314). I used an old background from my stashs.  I stamped the bird and colored it with alcohol ink markers.  I brushed distrss ink onto the background and added some pattern with the   Mandala Magic stencil  from Funky Fossil Designs.I used one of the border stamps on the left for more interest.  Stamped the sentiment  and doodled a frame around the sentiment.Added a googly eye to the bird and drew in some eye lashes.  The stamps I used are from the following sets: Spiral Borders - KTZ286,  Whatchamacallit  - KTZ276  (FRANCE) Spiral Borders  - KTZ286 , Whatchamacallit  - KTZ276 (USA) Hope you liked this - I'll be back next Wednesday with more Katzelkraft inspiration.  Thanks for visiting! Happy Stamping! Linking up with: Simon Says Wednesday challenge  - fur or feathers

Combined So Suzy and The Ton Blog Hop

Hi Everyone, I am sooooo excited to be part of this amazing event - a combined hop between So Suzy Stamps and The Ton! I have been eyeing The Ton stamps and dies for quite a while - they are just gorgeous! And So Suzy - well you have seen their stamps on my blog - they are simply fabulous! I also love that they are made from rubber - its different stamping with them. Its much better for generational stamping and they don't stick to your paper when you use your Misti. You may have arrived from the fabulous  Eunji - its a hard act to follow her.... I got those gorgeous  Peonies Dies  from The Ton and die cut them with water color paper. Spritzed Dylusion inks on a sheet of plastic and dipped the dies into the colors. Mounted them onto black card stock. Added the So Suzy Birthday sentiment - heat embossed in white. Lastly I added a strip of envelope liner paper at the bottom. Here are my supplies: So Suzy Birthday sentiment ,  Peo...
