Katzelkraft - All is Calm, All is Bright

Hi Everyone,

I am back with my weekly Katzelkraft post. Sorry, it's a Christmas card....but we just had a bit of snow, so it's snowing on my card as well....I really wanted to play along with the current Christmas Kickstart challenge. The theme is "Out on a Limb" and there is simply no better stamp than this one!

I have not played with those cute cats in a while. I also have not used that pair having fun on a tree branch.

I stamped them and made a mask. Brushed around them with blue and a bit of black distress ink. Colored them with alcohol ink markers and added white accents with a Posca pen. I made them some Santa hats.Added white acrylic paint splatters. Stamped the sentiment. A simple one layer card.

I used the Blowing Butterflies (heat embossed in gold) and the Birthday Wishes to create my card. I cut myself a gold frame from glitter paper and added a water color wash. I opened the frame on the side to have the butterflies and color spill out. Easter Egg and Bunny

Hi Everyone, I made a bunch of Easter cards, after all its little more than one month and I need to send them out in time... You see, they are all similar - using both the die cut and the negative, that I cut from a die cut egg. The cute bunnies got their yearly appearance - they are from Impression Obsession. the egg is by Lifestyle Crafts. The sentiment is by Papertrey. Hi Everyone, Its challenge time at ATSM ! For the next two week its going to be CAS - just my thing! And hopefully yours, too! I made a birthday card, because for some reason I always need more and never seem to have enough.... I was inspired by this weeks Make it Monday , where the talented Ashley Newell shows us a video about stamps and doodling. Since I mainly own die cuts from Papertrey and not so many stamps that would fit this theme I made my own out of fun foam, using my latest Papertrey dies (just got the order a few days ago) and cut those in fun foam - it works so well - voila - you have our own stamps, spending only a fraction of the money! I doodled around the stamps as you can see. Gives you kind of a cool effect....a little more tremor and one would think I drank too much ;) Added tiny enamel dots - do you know about this month House of Cards challenge - its enamel dots - thought I'll let you know.....
