Guest Designing for Christmas Craft Creations

Hi Everyone,

I have the great honor to be Guest designing for the Christmas Craft Creations challenge in the month of August. The theme is Winter activities. How much fun is that?

I decided to ink up some of the older Funky Fossil Designs sets.

As so often I made a one layer card. I sponged the background with distress oxide ink (Uncharted Mariner) and stamped the trees from the set Winter Wonderland. Stamped the cute little penguin and colored it with Copics. The sentiment is from the same set. Added lots of white splatters for some snow.

Diese Karte schaue ich mir jetzt die kommenden Tage pausenlos, von früh bis spät an, da wird mir etwas kühler ums Körperlein. Es ist so unerträglich heiß, dass man das Gefühl des Verglühens hat oder bei lebendigem Leibe gekocht zu werden. Hoffentlich wird es bald normal warm, diese Temperaturen kann ich bald nicht mehr ertragen.

Katzelkraft - Stampotique Raven

Hi Everyone, Do you know that Katzelkraft has aquired Stampotique stamps? This fun raven is designed by Daniel Torrente (#6314). I used an old background from my stashs. I stamped the bird and colored it with alcohol ink markers. I brushed distrss ink onto the background and added some pattern with the Mandala Magic stencil from Funky Fossil Designs.I used one of the border stamps on the left for more interest. Stamped the sentiment and doodled a frame around the sentiment.Added a googly eye to the bird and drew in some eye lashes.
