Katzelkraft - Happy Easter

   Hi Everyone,

I am back with my weekly Katzelkraft post.
I am working on my Easter card stash. Thankfully it doesn't need to be as big as my Christmas card stash.....
Now this stamp is called "Pensive Chicken" - no idea why. Doesn't look that way to me at all. Looks rather excited and happy to me. But it wouldn't have stopped me using it the way I did anyhow......

I first stamped the Easter and then positioned the chicken balancing on the "S". Colored him with Inktense and colored around him with water colors. Added the "Happy". Trimmed the card on the side and added a strip of patterned paper.

The stamp I used are from the following set:
 Pensive ChickenSOLO167, Holiday Quotes - KTZ207 (FRANCE)
 Thoughtful Chicken - SOLO167, Holiday Quotes - KTZ207 (USA)

Hope you liked this - I'll be back next Wednesday with more Katzelkraft inspiration.
Thanks for visiting!

Happy Stamping!

You're right, this chick appears as though he/she just won the lottery. Of course, with your coloring skills he looks just right.

Katzelkraft - Stampotique Raven

Hi Everyone, Do you know that   Katzelkraft has aquired Stampotique stamps? This fun raven is designed by Daniel Torrente (#6314). I used an old background from my stashs.  I stamped the bird and colored it with alcohol ink markers.  I brushed distrss ink onto the background and added some pattern with the   Mandala Magic stencil  from Funky Fossil Designs.I used one of the border stamps on the left for more interest.  Stamped the sentiment  and doodled a frame around the sentiment.Added a googly eye to the bird and drew in some eye lashes.  The stamps I used are from the following sets: Spiral Borders - KTZ286,  Whatchamacallit  - KTZ276  (FRANCE) Spiral Borders  - KTZ286 , Whatchamacallit  - KTZ276 (USA) Hope you liked this - I'll be back next Wednesday with more Katzelkraft inspiration.  Thanks for visiting! Happy Stamping! Linking up with: Simon Says Wednesday challenge  - fur or feathers
