Funky Fossil Designs - New September Release Day 3

Hi Everyone,

The new September release coming into the shop on Friday at Funky Fossil Designs!

Today is the third day of the stamp reveal.

The new set is called "Delightful Divas". It matches perfectly with the previously released set Chilled Chicas. In fact I borrowed one of the bodies from the Chicas for this card.

I made the background using the Wavy Scallops stencil, using orange for the scallops, brushing over with Versamark and heat embossed it. Added green afterwards. Stamped the girl and colored her with Inktense pencils. and fuzzy cut her. added her to my background. Heat embossed the sentiment.

It's such a fun set - you will have to wait until Friday to see it.

Friday will be the release day. There will be five new large sets, a small sentiment set and several amazing new dies! A lot to look forward to!

There's something so appealing about redheads, gingers in the UK and Europe. I love this card. This card celebrates that and the sentiment describes everyone of them I've ever known.

House of Cards April Challenge

Hi Everyone, its challenge time at House of Cards ! This month theme is going to be add a butterfly and/or color challenge. I added two butterflies here - from STAMPlorations - Artful Flutters . Colored them with alcohol inks. The background I made with a stencil by iStencil - just put it down straight and sponged it with distress inks. The sentiment is by Papertrey.
