Funky Fossil Designs - Hedgehugs Paper Hug

Hi Everyone,

The new September release is now available in the Funky Fossil Designs shop!

I made this card with the new set "Hedgehugs". It's just such a darling set!

I stamped the wreath and colored it with Copics. Stamped the squirrel, the acorns and the mushroom on scrap paper, colored and fuzzy cut them. Stamped the squirrel and acorns onto the card. Added the cut outs to the stamped images on the card.

The sentiment on this card is from the set Small Prints. Added some enamel dots.

I'm assuming this is a squirrel...the acorns seem to be a dead giveaway. He appears to be delighted with the bounty he's gathered. It's a fun, happy card.

House of Cards April Challenge

Hi Everyone, its challenge time at House of Cards ! This month theme is going to be add a butterfly and/or color challenge. I added two butterflies here - from STAMPlorations - Artful Flutters . Colored them with alcohol inks. The background I made with a stencil by iStencil - just put it down straight and sponged it with distress inks. The sentiment is by Papertrey.
