Stampotique Favorite Holiday Challenge

Hi Everyone,

at Stampotique we are in the middle of our new challenge starting - the theme is "Favorite Holiday".

Well, mine is Christmas - at least when it comes to card making!

I used an embossing folder for the snowflakes and directly smeared ink on the paper, which left the snowflake indentation white. Added the trees - of course did some masking. I colored them with Inktense. I stamped the gnomes, colored them and fussy cut them. Added them and stamped the sentiment.

Still snickering over that sentiment...just how I feel today because it is so hot. Swooning over your coloring (as usual) and those masked trees. Just love this Christmas card.

House of Cards April Challenge

Hi Everyone, its challenge time at House of Cards ! This month theme is going to be add a butterfly and/or color challenge. I added two butterflies here - from STAMPlorations - Artful Flutters . Colored them with alcohol inks. The background I made with a stencil by iStencil - just put it down straight and sponged it with distress inks. The sentiment is by Papertrey.
