In the C&S class on day 5 Julie created a pop of color by adding color to only one section of the stamped image. I wanted to do this a little different and not use a flower stamp. So I grabbed my Hero Arts Plano stamp (ST518), Heat embossed it in white and colored some sections with my Prismacolor pencils. I love this stamp. It is so versatile. A little while back I made this card with it. And I am planning to use it in different ways in the future. The sentiment is Hero Arts Heartfelt Messages (Cl150).

I used the Blowing Butterflies (heat embossed in gold) and the Birthday Wishes to create my card. I cut myself a gold frame from glitter paper and added a water color wash. I opened the frame on the side to have the butterflies and color spill out.
